ABOUT ISLEEN

Engineering Software, Automation & Integrations Since 2012

Isleen Solutions Pvt Ltd is an engineering-led software company focused on CRM automation, system integrations, custom software, and workflow-driven applications.

We work with businesses that need more than standard platform configuration — especially when processes span multiple systems, require custom logic, or need a maintainable engineering layer around existing software.

WHO WE ARE

Who We Are

Isleen Solutions Pvt Ltd has been building software and automation solutions since 2012.

Our work sits between business process understanding and hands-on engineering. We help teams customize CRM platforms, connect systems through APIs, automate repetitive workflows, synchronize data, and build custom applications where off-the-shelf software is not enough.

We are most useful when a requirement crosses platform boundaries — for example when a CRM needs custom behavior, when several systems need to exchange data, or when a business process needs a dedicated application or automation layer.

OUR FOCUS

What We Specialize In

Engineering work that connects platforms, data, and business workflows into systems teams can operate and maintain.

01

CRM Automation

Workflow automation, custom actions, process logic, and CRM extensions.

02

API & System Integrations

REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, data synchronization, and connected workflows.

03

Custom Software Engineering

Business applications, portals, React interfaces, backend APIs, and workflow systems.

04

Data & Integration Workflows

ETL, scheduled synchronization, operational data pipelines, and serverless processing.

05

Platform Customization

GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Vtiger, and other systems where standard configuration needs custom engineering.

06

Automation Architecture

Maintainable boundaries between frontend logic, backend services, APIs, and third-party platforms.

AN ENGINEERING APPROACH

How We Work

We do not blindly configure tools. Each engagement starts with the workflow and the systems that support it.

01

Understand the Process

Start with the business workflow, current systems, constraints, and failure points.

02

Define the Engineering Boundary

Decide what belongs inside the platform, what should live in a custom service, and how systems should communicate.

03

Build & Integrate

Implement the application, automation, API, or integration with maintainability in mind.

04

Verify & Improve

Test real workflows, monitor failure points, and refine the system based on operational behavior.

WHY ISLEEN

Why Clients Work With Isleen

Engineering Since 2012

Long-term experience building and maintaining software systems.

Process Before Tools

We first understand the workflow, then decide how technology should support it.

Cross-System Capability

Comfortable where CRM, APIs, backend services, databases, and frontend interfaces meet.

Custom Logic When Platforms Stop

We build the missing layer when standard configuration cannot support the requirement.

Maintainability

We prefer clear system boundaries and practical implementation over fragile one-off workarounds.

SELECTED ENGINEERING WORK

Selected Engineering Work

A few factual examples of the engineering patterns we work with.

GoHighLevel

Conditional Workflow Action

Custom frontend behavior based on contact context, with AWS Lambda handling backend workflow execution.

Integration & Data

CRM & Data Integration

Zoho Creator / Zoho CRM data synchronized into MySQL through an ETL layer for downstream applications and reporting.

Vtiger

Browser-Based Calling for Vtiger Users

React + JsSIP interface supporting SIP registration, incoming/outgoing calls, connection handling, and network/STUN fallback.
