Salesforce Development
We build custom Salesforce functionality, integrations and workflow automation for teams whose business requirements go beyond standard configuration.
Engineering software and automation solutions since 2012.
Extend Salesforce Around Your Business Process
The Problem
Salesforce is highly configurable. Custom engineering starts where configuration alone stops fitting the process:
Salesforce Capabilities
Custom interfaces and user workflows inside Salesforce, built with LWC.
Business rules, user actions and CRM-driven processes automated around Salesforce data.
The connection itself: Salesforce linked to external applications through supported APIs and integration services.
Focused functionality around Salesforce records, user actions and CRM processes when standard screens or configuration do not meet the requirement.
Ongoing movement of structured records between Salesforce and external databases, with synchronization state tracked.
Natural-language search over Salesforce data, with generated queries restricted to read-only operations.
Engineering Approach
We approach Salesforce work as software engineering rather than one-off configuration. These are the principles we work to.
01
Lightning Web Components handle the user experience without becoming the place where every integration concern lives.
02
We use supported Salesforce APIs, query mechanisms and extension points rather than brittle page-level workarounds.
03
When Salesforce must talk to other systems, transformation, external authentication and cross-system business rules sit in an appropriate integration layer.
04
We account for validation, authentication, Salesforce query constraints, external API failures and maintainability.

Generated queries are constrained to read-only SELECT statements before they are executed.
The goal was to explore a faster way to search Salesforce records using natural-language questions instead of requiring users to manually navigate objects, fields and filters.
A Lightning Web Component accepts a natural-language query and converts it into controlled Salesforce queries. Generated SOQL is restricted to SELECT operations, and the implementation supports configurable AI providers through an admin settings page.
A working natural-language search experience inside Salesforce, with query execution constrained to read-only operations.
Implementation consideration: production implementations can add further controls around object access, field access and query validation, based on the Salesforce security model and the use case.
Integration Architecture
ERP and finance systems, internal applications, databases and other business platforms.
The component where the rules can live:
Supported Salesforce APIs and platform integration services.
Objects, records, automation and the user interface.
Data and actions move in both directions. Which of these responsibilities the layer takes on depends on the requirement.

Scope of Work
Is This You?
You need a custom user interface or action inside Salesforce.
You have synchronization or integration needs between Salesforce and external applications.
You need a more focused search or interaction layer.
The workflow crosses the CRM, backend services and operational systems.
You need clearer separation between configuration, custom code and integration logic.
Not sure which applies?
Describe the requirement and we will tell you whether it is feasible and how we would approach it.
FAQ
Yes. We review the existing configuration, objects, integrations and custom code before introducing new development.
Yes, where supported APIs or integration mechanisms are available on both sides.
Yes. Lightning Web Components can be used to create focused custom interfaces and user workflows where standard screens are not sufficient.
Yes. We have built natural-language search with controlled query generation, where generated queries are restricted to read-only operations. Feasibility depends on your data model and requirements.
Yes. The goal can be to add focused custom functionality around the current org rather than rebuild it.
